Bound Yoga is a beautiful, boutique-sized yoga studio located in Waterdown, ON. Our studio offers a warm welcome to all who come through our doors. With an incredible teaching faculty and classes for all ages and all abilities, we are confident that you will find a "home" to explore and deepen your practice.

ARRIVE ON TIME

Classes start promptly - it's best to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early. Doors may be locked once class begins.
